DRAGONFAE...For those that wanted a written pattern <br />DRAGONFAERIEE CROCHET TALES<br />The "SWoofer" ©<br /> <br />This pattern came out of necessity to cover the three (Yes, 3!) empty swiffer type mops I have.<br />It is named the "SWoofer" because I have two dogs that shed big time!<br /><br />Any type of "kitchen cotton" will do. For this project I used Peaches N' Cream in white and an "H" hook.<br /><br />Finished size: This one pictured here is 4 1/2 inches x 10 inches. Measure your mop head to ensure a tight fit.<br /><br />SWoofer Cover<br /> <br />Ch 17.<br /><br />Row 1: Sc in second stitch from hook. Sc into each stitch across, turn. (16 st).<br /><br />Rows 2-9: Ch 1. Sc into each st across, turn. (16 st in each row).<br /><br />Row 10: Ch 2. Hdc across in front loops only, turn. (16 st).<br />Rows 11-38: Ch 2. Dc, sc across, turn. (16 st in each row). <br /><br />Row 39: Ch 2, Hdc across in front loops only, turn. (16 st).<br /><br />Rows 40-48: Ch 1, sc across, turn. (16 st).<br /><br />Fasten off.<br /><br />Fold at HDC row on each end. Using as sl st, sc or whipstitch, hook the sc and dc/sc sections together.
