Need to go up a hook size.

Karisma Skirt

I found a wonderful local yarn shop in Lakewood Ohio to supply me with the yarn I need for this pattern: http://www.garnstudio.com/lang/en/pattern.php?id=4146&lang=en.

I had to go with slightly different colors and yarn and the ladies there helped me to choose what I needed :)

Of course I'll post a picture of my completed skirt once I finish it!

More Cotton Yarn

Before the end of July I made it to French Creek Fiber Arts one last time before it closed. I will have to go further for good yarn now. It will be missed.
I picked up some more (yes, I know) cotton yarn.
Hey I like cotton....haha.
Here's what I got:I have no idea what to do with it yet, probably some bathroom washcloths since it is really soft.

Inca Alpaca Yarn

Bought some yarn for a scarf for my daughter when I dropped her off at work. Can't remember if I mentioned it before but she is working at French Creek Fiber Arts a couple days a week. So that gives me an excuse to go more often. :)

I decided that since she doesn't have any interest in crocheting like I do, and being around ALL THAT YARN that she should have something made from the yarn there. So this will be made into a scarf. She picked out the color.

This will be my first project using alpaca. It is very soft and I hope she likes it.

Octopode by Pepperkitty

Even though it took me about a month to complete, it was really easy. I just had so much going on, I had to keep putting it down. I also had to find matching eyes!
